What I Changed in My Routine to Improve My Fertility (And the Results So Far)

Hi everyone 🤍 I wanted to share something personal in case it helps someone who might be in a similar season. Over the past few months, I’ve made some intentional changes to support my fertility — and I just got my latest lab results back. From November until now, I’ve seen significant improvements in several markers. What made me especially emotional was that my Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) has remained stable from May until the end of January. For me, that felt like a quiet victory. Here’s what I changed: First, I became very consistent with targeted supplementation. I started taking EVA360+, CoQ10, NAC, methylfolate, Vitamin D (5000 IU daily), a B-complex, and Omega-3. Instead of randomly adding things, I committed to taking them consistently and intentionally. Second, I focused deeply on lifestyle. I began prioritizing daily movement — not extreme workouts, but consistent activity. Almost every single day, I move my body in some way. Walking, strength training, light cardio — nothing dramatic, but steady. I truly believe this consistency has helped regulate inflammation, stress, and overall hormonal balance. Third, and just as important for me personally: I strengthened my faith. This journey can be emotionally exhausting. I made a conscious decision to pray more, trust more, and surrender the anxiety I was carrying. I don’t think we talk enough about how much chronic stress impacts our bodies. I also worked on improving sleep quality, reducing inflammatory foods, and being more intentional with what I consume — both nutritionally and emotionally. I’m not saying this is a magic formula. Fertility is complex. But I genuinely believe that improving quality of life — physically, mentally, and spiritually — has played a role in these better results. If you’re in this journey, I just want to say: small daily choices compound. And sometimes the changes we can’t see immediately are still happening quietly inside. Sending strength and hope to all of you 🤍

Thank you so much for sharing this. Your post really touched me. I’ve been feeling sad and discouraged lately because every doctor I see immediately recommends IVF. I know it can be a great option, but sometimes it feels like there’s no room to even try improving things naturally first. It’s emotionally exhausting. If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you? And what is your AMH? It helps so much to understand the full picture. Thank you again for giving a little hope today.

Oh... Thank you soooo much for sharing your experience. It truly meant a lot to read. I’m 37 and my husband is 40. He has varicocele, and my AMH is 1.0. Every single doctor we’ve seen has recommended IVF as the only real option for us. I understand why they say that, but because of our faith, it’s not a path we feel at peace pursuing. That has made this journey feel even lonelier at times. Instead, we’ve been trying to explore other treatments. I’ve been advised to do a hydrotubation procedure, and I’m about to start acupuncture to hopefully improve uterine receptivity. We’re just taking it one step at a time and trusting the process. I had heard about EVA360 before, but I didn’t personally know anyone who had actually used it. Reading your post and seeing your improvements made me feel encouraged. It’s different when you hear real experiences from someone walking a similar path. Thank you again for sharing so openly. It gives hope in a space that can sometimes feel very clinical and final. Baby dust for us, girls!

Can I ask something a bit personal? Has anyone here gotten pregnant after 40? I would really love to hear your experiences and what helped you along the way. This journey can feel overwhelming sometimes, and real stories give me so much hope.

I don't have a personal story yet, but my neighbor got pregnant naturally when she was almost 41. Honestly, her lifestyle was very far from what we usually see recommended — no exercise, poor diet, and she was overweight. It really surprised me and gave me hope.

At the same time, I know these cases are rare. That's why I try to do everything I can to support my body and optimize my chances. For me, IVF isn't an option, so staying motivated and focusing on what I can do naturally is really important. I truly believe every small step counts in this journey 🤍

Me!!! I got pregnant at 42, with my husband having a mild varicocele and all my tests normal, but it was a battle that lasted a few years, with many emotional ups and downs. Still, I had a lot of faith and did everything that was within my reach. Today my blessing is in my arms right now!
